Ceremony Only - $2,000
Ceremony & Cocktail Hour - $2,500
Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, & Reception - $4,000
Additional Fees:
Exclusive use of the grounds (2 hours minimum) - $250/hour
Excessive clean up/Additional time after 11 PM - $200/hour
Federal Holiday weekends - $250 flat
$300 deposit is required to hold the date, deducted from final costs. No rentals are permitted over Thanksgiving weekend or between Christmas Eve and New Year's Day.
Additional Information
ASMH does not have a required caterer or vendor policy. A list of preferred vendors is available upon request.
Renters receive private use of interior spaces for their reserved date.
Photos are permitted throughout.
All ceremony types are happily received.
A marriage bench and certificate table are provided for Quaker ceremonies if desired.
Please note the West and East Rooms are not air-conditioned.
The meetinghouse is equipped with complimentary wifi.
Conference rooms on the second floor may be utilized upon request.
Events must conclude no later than 11 PM.
Limited onsite parking is available.
2-hour rehearsal the day prior included.
No open flame is permitted on site.
Reasonable decorations are welcome.
Portions of your day can be enjoyed on our grounds, which are a mix of grassy tree-covered spaces and open brick pathways.
No dogs permitted.
Gates close to the public at 5 PM; an additional fee is added for earlier closure.
